Collect, process & analyze data to indetify, define the problems and set the goals.
Focus on the target by developing personas, user journey, journey map.
Analyze the different goals and pains points to transform them to tasks, and tasks to functions.
Creat the different scenarios with flows to know and understand which paths are better to be taken.
Sketching, sitemaps, wireframing with visual design.
At first in a low-fidelity layout, to validate ideas based on the flows and scenarios. With a rapid test of the designs made.
Build fast interactive prototypes to test the designs. This way I can evaluate and test the usability.
User tests to analyze the behavior and gather infromation from their feedback.
Build up iterations to re-test and obtain more information for a better design.
Final prototype ready to be build.
